Frustrated

I havn't lost any more weight. 2 1/2 weeks and I only have 4 pounds to show for it. I just keep waiting for the scale to go down and it's not. What am I doing wrong? If I could just lose 10 pounds I would feel like I was doing well. I NEED that for motivation. Not that I'm going to stop or anything, but I am truly feeling awful about my weight right now.

are we allowed to have honey? I make these awesome peanut butter balls that use it...

I know it doesn't seem like it but 4 pounds in 2 1/2 weeks is really good! It took me 2 months to lose 10 pounds so don't worry too much about it. If you think the weight loss is stalling than put a little extra weight on when you do your weight lifting or push a little bit harder on the cardio days. And sometimes it seems like for a long time nothing will happen and then all of the sudden you start losing like crazy. I know it's totally frustrating and for some reason the weight just fall off men (is Aaron doing this with you?) so that also can be frustrating. Just hang in there. Remember the words you wrote me just a couple days ago...they're the truth. We will reach our goals! And I don't think honey is part of the diet. I think it's all sugar but PB definitely is...I love that stuff! Hang in there, eat right, do the workouts...the weight will come off! Also, remember that your body will fight against losing weight so you have to kick it's butt to show it who's boss!:)

okay..I just realized that it's only been 14 days..seems longer..so I don't feel so bad. Aaron is doing it too and is OF COURSE losing so much etc. Today we tweeked it and wrote down what we could do better etc.. I know it will come off..but it has been SO LONG since I have been thin that I am just aching for it.

honey it up sister! Pretty sure that's okay -and I'm such a stickler. :)
And carrie, you're LOOKING good. Remember the weight isn't everything, and it does eventually shed. My sister always says that she works and works and then, some random weekend, it all falls off at once. She also says that oftentimes she forget to drink enough water and once she does, it's like she's given the fat a vehicle to exit by.
